Hi, I’m Sherri Rucker, a BEST Certified Full-Spectrum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, Maternal Care Provider, and Certified Yoga Instructor (500 RYT). In addition, I am a lifelong student of Ayurveda, meditation, and mindfulness, with over 20 years of experience supporting bodies in motion and in stillness.

Because I am also a mother myself, I understand firsthand how transformative—and tender—this season of life can be. Over the years, I’ve come to see birth as a sacred transition that deserves patience, presence, and deep respect. Therefore, I approach every family with empathy, cultural awareness, and nonjudgmental care.

During pregnancy, I help you build confidence and trust in your body. Through prenatal yoga, pregnancy coaching, and guided meditation, we focus on relaxation, strength, mindset, and emotional well-being.
